Little pink object of curiousity

What pops up in my mind when i look at this little pink object is that this might be a bottle cap of some unique shaped bottle, or should i say, creative shaped of bottle. However, it might as well not be just an ordinary type of bottle cap, maybe this is a substitute for a cork for some glass bottle. That is why it was shaped like that, to make it easier to hold and pull out.

Or if it's not it, this little pink thing could also be a place to put a very small tiny things. Small tiny things would scattered everywhere if you do not keep them properly, so i figured that we could use this little pink thing to keep small tiny objects that may fit in it like small beads or earrings!

Lastly, it may sounds stupid but who cares, i will still say it, this is what i think, because there's a lot of cats near my house area, i was thinking that perhaps we could use this little pink things as a toy for cats. Cats loves to play around and it just love to catch and mess around with almost everything. so since this thing is just in the right size, (not too small that a cat is able to choke it or not too big that it could harm the cats) we might as well throw this thing around and let cats mess and play around with it. I am pretty sure with the unique shaped of this little pink object cats would spend long time to figure out what this thing is and mess around with it until it feels satisfied.
